AI-first applications that reset, redefine, and reboot a vertical

Two filters. Every venture passes both.

Why applications, not infrastructure.

Foundation models are converging in capability and falling in price. Building another one is a capital game we choose not to play.

The durable value is in the layer above: vertical workflows where a product has to understand a specific domain, handle its data correctly, satisfy its regulators, and reach its buyers through channels that already exist.

That is where a small, focused team with the right co-founder wins. It is the only place we build.

What market validated means to us.

Evidence we accept, in any combination:

  • Paying customers, even a few
  • Signed pilots or letters of intent
  • A waitlist with real conversion, not vanity signups
  • A manual or spreadsheet process that businesses already pay people to do
  • A regulatory or compliance deadline that creates forced demand

A great idea with no evidence is a research project. We are glad to talk, but it is not yet a venture.

Where we are building.

  • Finance and Accounting
  • Healthcare Records
  • Legal and Compliance
  • Software Development
  • DevOps
  • Media and Publishing
  • Insurance Operations
  • Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Public Sector Procurement

Where we are not.

  • Foundation models
  • Consumer chat apps
  • Crypto
  • Hardware

The Deal

How co-founding with AGIS works.

The founder brings

  • Domain expertise built over years, not weeks
  • Customer access and credibility in the vertical
  • Validation evidence that demand already exists
  • The drive to lead the company as CEO

AGIS brings

  • A senior engineering team
  • The standard tech stack
  • Go-to-market and positioning
  • Connections to customers and investors
  • Compliance, bookkeeping, and tax already running

Ownership

AGIS takes a founding stake of [XX to XX percent] in exchange for the operating half of the founding team. Both sides dilute together in outside rounds. [Adjust to your actual terms.]
