Purpose
Our Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) lets AGIS and a counterparty share confidential information during early conversations about a possible venture, partnership, or investment without that information being disclosed further.
Who signs
The MNDA is signed between AGIS Venture Studio (Advanced Generalized Intelligence Systems LLC) and the founder, expert, or organization we are speaking with. It is mutual: both sides receive the same protections.
What is covered
Confidential information includes any non-public material shared for the purpose of the discussion — product plans, technical details, financials, customer lists, and the fact that we are talking at all.
How long it lasts
Confidentiality obligations run for the term of the agreement plus two years after it ends, and trade-secret obligations continue indefinitely.
